Having led the Combined Counties Premier Division South from the first few weeks of the season, leading by a large points total at Christmas and then kicking on to finish the campaign, The Hammers became the first team in the NLS system in England from steps 1-6 to secure the title.

A 1-0 win away at Redhill sealed the title and the trophy lift is scheduled for Saturday 14th March after the home match to Horley Town FC
